What are moderators?
Moderators answer user’s concerns, general question and/or responding to a specific complaints. They are also granted access to the posts and topics/threads of all members in Their area of responsibility.
What are moderators’ jobs or privileges?
Moderators are to moderate discussion and keeping the forum clean since they are granted access in their area of responsibility. Common privileges of moderators included but not limited to deleting, merging, moving, and splitting of posts and topics/threads; closing/locking, opening/unlocking, renaming and sticking of threads; banning, unbanning and warning the members; or adding, removing of polls.
